UNE Intuitive Touch BB-Cream Concealer.

Hi everyone,

Apologies for my lack of posts these couple of days, I have been super busy moving back home from uni for the summer as well as catching up with the boyfriend! :P

Over the last few weeks I have been using the UNE Intuitive Touch BB-Cream Concealer, I picked this up from Superdrug as I was on the hunt for a new one as I felt I had become trapped into using the same concealer for a while now. I previously had used the Revlon Photoready Concealer which I personally do like quite a lot. However, I was curious to see if there had been anymore coming out that had slipped under my radar whilst being committed to my old trustworthy.

100% of the total ingredients are from natural origin!
10% of the total ingredients are from organic farming!

The product cost me £9.99, but yet again I took up the 3 for 2 cosmetic offers on at Superdrug. The product comes in a cute little white case, which has a slide motion, a bit like a mobile phone. Upon the top is a description which can be peeled off to reveal an excellent mirror on top; this mirror is particularly handy when you're on the go!

The concealer aims to give a fresh, luminous, look that is instantly rested and rejuvenated. BB creams (Blemish Balms) really have made an impact into the cosmetic industry, of which so far I have yet to find one that I like. This is the first BB cream concealer that I have seen in the shops so I was quite intrigued. From UNE's website I took the following information:

The BB-Cream revolution, now for eyes:
1, Unify
2, Smooth
3, Brighten
4, Refresh
5, Moisturise 8H
6, Protect
7, Rebalance

The benefits:
- Cornflower extract delivers soothing and decongesting care
- Soft-focus powders have unifying and illuminating properties

I purchased mine in shade '102', there are however only 2 shades at the moment with 102 being the lightest. Having being using this for a couple of weeks now I have to say I'm rather impressed. It is lovely and soft, it applies great and doesn't appear to get stuck in fine lines, win win! I find that using an under eye primer helps make this concealer much more effective, I currently use the Revlon Photoready Eye Primer and Brightener which in itself I fully recommend!

My only concern I would have is that if you really do have dark circles it might not cover them fully; I alternate on my concealer depending on how tired I look. I really like this one as it feels so much fresher, lighter on my skin than any other that I have previously used. As for staying power, it does the job pretty well and with the primer it really does last for a decent period of time for me. It also definitely moisturises, it is lovely and creamy!

I would have done a swatch but my camera has a few problems at the moment so I will try and incorporate a swatch into another post in the not so distant future (I took these pictures when I first purchased the product).

This has been the first product I have used by UNE and overall I have enjoyed the experience. I have noticed that they have some cream blushes in the same format as the concealer, as well as BB cream foundations. I may find myself trying these in the future; they should be quite light for the summer judging by the concealer.

Has anybody else used any products by UNE? What were your experiences?

Amy
